Man dead after Sunday evening stabbing in Aurora

AURORA, Colo. – Police say they have made an arrest in connection with a deadly stabbing that happened Sunday evening in Aurora.

Aurora police say they were called out to a home in the 960 block of S. Ivory Street just after 6 p.m. Sunday, where they found a man who had been stabbed. Police said the man was transported to an area hospital but died just before 3 a.m. Monday.

Police said Monday morning they had arrested an adult in connection with the deadly stabbing, but they did not release the suspect’s identity.

The victim has not been identified pending notification of his next-of-kin.
