Man arrested for death of woman in Wheat Ridge

WHEAT RIDGE, Colo. – Police announced Monday they had arrested a man accused of murdering a woman last Friday night.

Randy Allan William, 64, faces investigation on first- and second-degree murder charges, as well as a tampering with physical evidence charge, in the woman’s death.

According to police, a woman was found dead at a home in the 107000 block of W. 46th Ave. around 11:20 p.m. Friday. No further information about the case has so far been released.

Police have not identified the woman, and the county coroner’s office has yet to release her identity, saying her family lives out of town.

A police spokeswoman said the investigation into the case continues.
