DENVER – The Colorado Bureau of Investigation has a new No. 4 most wanted sex offender.
Orlando Ramos-Chilel, 23, is wanted on a warrant issued in April 2016 out of El Paso County for failing to register as a sex offender. He was convicted earlier in 2016 of sexual assault on a child.
Ramos-Chilel is described as a while male who is 5-foot-6 inches tall and 130 pounds. He has brown eyes and brown hair.
Anyone with knowledge of his whereabouts is asked to call the CBI Tip Line at 303-239-5732 or a local law enforcement agency.
