EAGLE COUNTY, Colo. – Deputies with the Eagle County Sheriff’s Office are seeking additional victims after arresting a man accused of raping a woman in Gypsum on Sunday.

Deputies found 22-year-old Yolaus Argenis Nieto Zuniga six hours after a woman reported she was sexually assaulted by Zuniga late Sunday evening. The suspect was driving a newer, unique in color, sky blue, 2-door Honda Civic when he was contacted by law enforcement, who were canvassing nearby neighborhoods after getting the report.

The victim told deputies she met Zuniga on social media and agreed to meet up with him.

Zuniga was interviewed and taken into custody and later booked into the Eagle County Detention Facility on charges of sexual assault with force, a class 3 felony, and is being held on a $50,000 bond.

Detectives with the Eagle County Sheriff’s Office are concerned that there may be additional victims and are asking for the community's help in hopes that other victims might come forward.
