LOVELAND, Colo. — Authorities announced Thursday that an arrest has been made in connection with a cross-country LSD distribution operation.

Ronald Williams, 38, was arrested Wednesday at a home located at 3213 Overlook Lane in Loveland. He was arrested on warrant from North Carolina for alleged distribution of over 1,000 doses of hallucinogens.

Details related to his arrest were not released. It’s not clear if he will be facing charges in Colorado related to the alleged LSD operation.

Members of the Northern Colorado Drug Task Force with the assistance of the Larimer County Regional SWAT Team executed the warrants. North Carolina authorities were the lead agencies in the investigation.

A Hazmat Team was on scene as preauction, but authorities said no hazards were found.
