BOULDER, Colo. — A man was robbed at gunpoint in Boulder by three suspects in early January and police are asking the public for help identifying them.
Around 10:50 p.m. on Jan. 5, a man was leaving his vehicle in the parking lot at 2870 Kalmia Ave. when three men approached him. One pointed a gun at him and demanded everything he had.
The man gave the suspects his cell phone, wallet and car keys, according to Boulder police.
The suspects told the man to take off his shoes and socks. One of them punched the man on the side of the head, knocking him to the ground.
The man’s cell phone and wallet, minus $20, was found nearby, but his keys are still missing.
According to police, the man described the suspects as follows:
· One suspect was a light-skinned black male in his early 20s. He was about 6 feet, 3 inches tall and 200 pounds, with an average build. He had black hair, dark eyes and short hair.
· One suspect was a Hispanic male in his early 20s. He was about 5 feet, 10 inches tall and between 150 and 160 pounds. He had a skinny build with black hair, dark eyes and short hair with an accent.
· The man could not provide a description for the third suspect.
