ARVADA, Colo. — Police said they are working on several leads after they found a man with an apparent gunshot wound Thursday evening.
Around 8 p.m. Thursday, the Arvada Police Department dispatched officers to the area of W. 63rd Place and Quail Street after receiving a report of gunfire.
When officers arrived at the 11200 block of W. 63rd Place, they found a male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital. Police did not release his condition.
Police are investigating several leads to find a suspect.
In a press release, the department said they do not believe there is a continuing concern for the community.
