DENVER – The search for evidence in the case of missing Woodland Park mom Kelsey Berreth now includes a landfill in the city of Fountain, ABC News has learned.

A spokeswoman for Midway Landfill confirmed to ABC News Wednesday that investigators are looking for more clues into Berreth's disappearance, whom authorities say was murdered by her fiancé.

“The Colorado Bureau of Investigation contacted Waste Management of Colorado regarding a potential search at Midway Landfill and we are cooperating fully,” Waste Management spokeswoman Anne Spitza told ABC News.

Spitza would not comment on the timing of any search at the landfill or what investigators would be looking for, only saying all questions should be directed to the district attorney’s office, ABC News reported Wednesday evening.

The search for Berreth, who was last seen on Thanksgiving Day, has led authorities to Twin Falls, Idaho, where a woman there is currently being investigated for possibly disposing of Berreth’s cell phone.

According to charging documents obtained by Denver7, Patrick Frazee, Berreth’s fiancé and the father of the couple’s 1-year-old daughter, tried to find someone to kill Berreth three times between September and November of last year, causing her death on or around Thanksgiving.

When Frazee was arrested on Dec. 21, police said more arrests were possible, but so far, no arrests have been announced.

Officials have said the evidence suggests Berreth was killed at her home in Woodland Park, and that her cellphone was tracked to Gooding, Idaho, three days after Thanksgiving.

Her body has not been found.
