2 arrested after woman was found dead in Greeley home on Dec. 18

WELD COUNTY, Colo. — Two 25-year-olds have been arrested on murder charges in connection to a woman's death on Dec. 18 in Greeley.

On Wednesday, the Greeley Police Department arrested Marquise Shadell Daniels, 25, and Mckenzie Prader, 25, in connection to the death of Blaire McQueen, 27.

Police said the pair was arrested after police interviewed possible suspects during the investigation.

On Dec. 18, Greeley officers responded to the 2100 block of 18th Avenue Court after receiving a report of suspicious activity. Inside, police found a deceased woman. She was later identified as Queen.

Daniels is in custody in the Larimer County Jail after allegedly eluding the Loveland Police Department on Dec. 18. He was arrested on charges of first-degree murder, felony murder, aggravated robbery and first-degree burglary. He will be extradited to the Weld County Jail, police said. He was out of prison on parole at the time of the crime.

Prader was booked into the Weld County Jail on charges of felony murder, aggravated robbery and first-degree burglary. Police said she is currently on federal probation.
