DENVER – A person was killed and another was in critical condition following an overnight shooting in downtown Denver.
Denver Police officers said the shooting happened sometime at around 4 a.m. in the area of 15th and Market Streets.
Officers were reportedly responding to a shots fired call at around 2 a.m., an official said on Twitter.
A second shooting victim left the scene and went to the hospital. That person was last listed in critical condition.

15th Street was closed from Market to Larimer as investigators combed the scene for evidence.
No suspect information was immediately available.
