COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- A 12-year-old girl is in serious condition after a 75-foot fall at Helen Hunt Falls.
The girl was hiking with her family when she fell down an embankment, the Colorado Springs Fire Department told Denver7 Sunday.
The girl was airlifted to Children's Hospital Colorado in Aurora.
Fire officials said the girl was in and out of conciousness while crews were transporting her.
Helen Hunt Falls is in Cheyenne Canyon, west of Colorado Springs.
