A Washington State man who made headlines with his unusual name is being held after he was accused of assaulting a college police officer and deputy sheriff.

The man, who goes by the name Beezow Doo-doo Zopittybop-bop-bop was being held in lieu of a $50,000 bond in connection with the Sunday incident, The Olympian reported. Charges against him include first-degree assault, third-degree assault, third-degree malicious mischief and malicious harassment.

The charges stem from a call on the Evergreen State College campus, in Olympia, that someone had torn down fliers from the entrance of the college library. The campus police officer called for help when the person he confronted became combative and fled after being stunned twice, the newspaper reported.

A Thurston County Sheriff's Office deputy spotted a suspect matching the description running in the area and chased him into nearby woods where a struggle ensued and the suspect was stunned again, but ran away. Other deputies responded and the suspect was stunned a fourth time before being subdued.

Zopittybop-bop-bop will be arraigned on Feb. 16.

In 2012, Zopittybop-bop-bop generated headlines and jokes from Jimmy Kimmel after his arrest on marijuana and weapon charges in Wisconsin. He was back in the news again in 2013 for an arrest on drug charges in Iowa. His birth name is Jeffrey Drew Wilschke, prosecutors said.
