Morocco could be on its way to legalize medical marijuana and if it does it could be one of the world's top marijuana producers.
The measure passed Morocco's Cabinet and now heads to Parliament.
While it faces strong opposition from the Islamic Justice and Development Party, the nation's prime minister says he supports legalizing medical marijuana.
