Chipotle will close all of its restaurants across the country for a few hours on February 8.
The stores will open at 3 p.m. local time on Feb. 8 instead of 11 a.m. During the closure, the restaurants will hold a company-wide meeting on food safety, according to CNN and multiple sources.
CNN said the company has projected an eight percent drop in sales for the fourth quarter.
Chipotle has had several illness outbreaks since August involving Salmonella and most recently, norovirus and E.coli.
