DENVER -- There are more than 500 positions available along the Front Range for postal workers with various skill sets. Record-breaking holiday mailings are anticipated this year, and the United States Postal Service is gearing up to keep up with the high demand.

Positions vary from Holiday Clerk Assistant, Postal Support Employee, City Carrier Assistant, Rural Carrier Associate, Associate Rural Carrier, and Casual Mail Handlers. These positions could lead to permanent employment and vary in compensation based on varying shifts and days off, the company says.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for job security or a new career. The Postal Service has been delivering mail since it was established on July 26, 1775. In fact, it was established before the United States had a constitution and doesn’t have plans of disappearing anytime soon.
