Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch's former home in Boulder is now under contract

BOULDER, Colo. – If you were hoping to buy Neil Gorsuch’s home in Boulder, you may be out of luck.

A buyer is now under contract on the home, according to real estate agency Colorado Landmark Realtors.

Details of the sale, including the price, have not yet been disclosed. The home on Lookout Ridge Drive was listed for $1,625,000.

The 6,000-square-foot home sits on three acres complete with a three-stall horse barn, paddocks, orchard and pool. The property also sits adjacent to 71 acres of pasture land.

The house itself has four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a game room and home theater.
