1. Denver Chalk Art Festival
What: More than 200 professional, amateur and student artists will delight and amaze the people of Denver with their incredible talents in what has become one of the city’s most treasured events in Larimer Square. There will also be live music, food and beverages.

4. Free fishing in Colorado this weekend
What: Colorado boasts more than 2,500 lakes and reservoirs, many within beautiful State Parks, and 9,500 miles of fishable streams and rivers including 300 miles of Gold Medal streams, which is why Colorado Parks and Wildlife wants to invite you to fish for free this weekend.

5. Free Kelly Clarkson concert in Colorado Springs
What: Kelly Clarkson, one of American Idol’s most renowned contestants, will perform a free concert at the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs as part of the opening ceremony for the 2018 Warrior Games.

6. Little Shop of Horrors

7. 18th annual Indian Market and Pow Wow
What: Tesoro Cultural Center’s Indian Market & Powwow is a yearly tribute to the American Indian tribes that shaped the cultural community of Bent’s Old Fort, an important fur trading post that operated along the famous Santa Fe Trail in the 1830s. Award-winning Native American artists will sell their wares and shair their artistic traditions throughout the weekend with the public. Intertribal dancers and drum groups will bring music to the Market and Pow Wow. There will also be eagle and hawk demonstrations.
