If you love your Instant Pot, get ready to add some new appliances to your kitchen. Instant Brands, the makers of the Instant Pot, have expanded their collection of must-have gadgets to now include an air fryer oven and a blender.

While the Instant Pot can sauté, cook rice, make yogurt, slow cook and pressure cook, adding these new products means you can now add frying and blending to your list of ways to make your favorite dishes.

The Instant Vortex Plus 7-in-1 air fryer oven is 10-quarts, which is large enough to cook for up to six people. It has seven functions: air fry, roast, broil, bake, reheat, dehydrate and rotate for rotisserie-style cooking. It also includes multiple accessories, like a drip pan, two cooking trays, rotisserie spit and forks, rotisserie basket and rotisserie fetch tool.

The air fryer can hold both cooking trays at once, and the rotisserie cage can make easy, crispy, tender fries, wings, nuggets and more. You can even air fry, bake and roast multiple meals at the same time! You can buy it now at Walmart for $119.

The Ace Plus Blender has eight one-touch programs, so you can make smoothies, gazpachos and other foods with four cold and four hot blending programs. It works for chunky or puréed soups, smoothies and more and has programs for smoothies, crushed ice, nut butter, nut/oat milk, soy milk, rice milk, purée and soup.

The blender even comes with a washable strainer bag, which filters soy, rice, oats and nuts or seeds for alternative milks. You can get it on Amazon for $149.

If you’ll be rushing out to buy either product, first take a look at some recipes you can make with them.

Parmesan Chicken Fingers (Vortex Plus)

This recipe for parmesan-crusted chicken fingers is for the Vortex Plus. You’ll be cooking an entire pound of chicken fingers at once — and in only 15 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 3/4 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
  • 8 chicken tenders, about 1 pound
  • sauce for dipping (optional)

Directions:

Set up for dredging: Combine flour, salt and pepper in a shallow dish. Add beaten eggs to a second shallow dish. Combine breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese in a third shallow dish.

Dredge chicken first in the flour mixture, then in the egg mixture, then place the chicken in the breadcrumb mixture and press the crumbs firmly on both sides.

Divide the coated chicken onto the cooking trays, leaving space between each chicken piece.

Place the drip pan in the bottom of the cooking chamber. Using the display panel, select “Airfry,” then adjust the temperature to 360 degrees and the time to 15 minutes, then touch start.

When the display indicates “Add Food,” insert one cooking tray in the top-most position and one tray in the bottom-most position.

When the display indicates “Turn Food,” turn the food over and switch the cooking trays so that the one that was in the top position is now in the bottom and vice-versa.

When the AirFry program is complete, remove the tenders and serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.

Fresh Strawberry Panna Cotta (Ace Plus Blender)

This strawberry panna cotta made with the Ace Plus Blender sounds like the perfect summer treat and takes only five minutes to prep.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound strawberries, trimmed and halved
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp cold water
  • 1 1/2 tsp unflavored gelatin
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Additional berries for garnish

Directions:

Add strawberries and sugar to the blender pitcher and secure the lid. Touch “pulse,” then start. Touch “soup” twice for creamy soup and use +/- to set the time to 12:21 minutes, then touch “start.”

Meanwhile, when soup program reaches the 8-minute mark, fill a small bowl with 2 tbsp cold water and sprinkle gelatin over the top. Let stand for 5 minutes.

When the soup program reaches the 2:30-minute mark, touch “pause,” remove the lid cap and pour dissolved gelatin and water mixture into blender pitcher. Replace the lid cap and touch start to resume.

When soup program is complete, remove the lid and allow to cool for 2-3 minutes.

Add cream and lemon juice, scrape down the sides of the pitcher, then secure the lid. Touch pulse, then start. After 3 pulses, touch cancel.<

Divide mixture evenly among six 4-ounce ramekins and cover with plastic wrap. Chill until firm, at least 4 hours or overnight. Top with fresh berries and serve.
