How would you like to get free products from Amazon? It may sound like an online shopper’s dream, but it’s a reality! Amazon has an entire program dedicated to connecting its customers with new products — and it costs shoppers nothing!

The Amazon Product Sampling program is open to any Amazon shopper who signs up on the program’s website.

The sign-up process takes less than five minutes to complete. Simply fill out a preference form by checking off the kinds of samples you are interested in receiving.

Product categories include:

  • Food and beverage
  • Women’s beauty
  • Men’s grooming
  • Cat food and supplies
  • Dog food and supplies
  • Baby products
  • Sports nutrition
  • Health and wellness
  • Feminine care
  • Household essentials and
  • Office supplies

Pick as many categories as you like. Then, you should periodically receive Amazon-branded packages containing select products from your chosen categories.

Amazon does not guarantee when and if you might receive these packages, but they will “send out relevant samples based on availability.”

What kinds of products could you receive? Amazon shared a list of brands they have sent to customers in the past and we’re sure you’ll recognize many of them.

  • Grocery brands such as SunButter, KIND, 1850 Coffee, Bear Naked Granola, Dunkin Donuts and more
  • Pet food brands such as Cesar, Greenies, Nutro and Purina Beyond
  • Beauty brands such as Dove, L’Oreal, Lumify and Maybelline
  • Health and wellness brands such as BSN/Glanbia and Bulletproof
  • Household brands such as OxiClean

Once you receive the product or products, you are free to try them out at your convenience. Amazon will never charge you for them and there is never an obligation to buy more of the sample items.

The goal, according to Amazon, is to help you “discover new products you might love.”

The products and services mentioned below were selected independent of sales and advertising. However, Don't Waste Your Money may receive a small commission from the purchase of any products or services through an affiliate link to the retailer's website.
