If you’re following a keto diet or cutting your carbs, get ready for some new snacks! General Mills just launched their first-ever keto-friendly product line, called Ratio, featuring yogurt cultured dairy snacks and crunchy bars with only 2 grams of net carbs and 1 gram of sugar per serving.

Made with ingredients like pasteurized ultra-filtered nonfat milk, pasteurized milk, milk fat and avocado oil to achieve a thick, creamy texture, the yogurts are available in five flavors: strawberry, coconut, vanilla, mango and black cherry.

Each single-serve yogurt contains 15 grams of protein, 15 grams of fat, 2 grams carbs and 1 gram of sugar. You can find them in the yogurt aisle at grocery retailers nationwide for $1.49 per cup.

The crunchy bars are available in lemon almond and toasted almond flavors and use ingredients like real almonds and pumpkin seeds.

Each bar contains 12 grams of protein, 17 grams of fat, 2 grams of net carbs and 1 gram of sugar. You can find them at grocery retailers nationwide for $7.99 per four count-box.

How do they taste? The brand seems to be winning over some keto dieters, at least according to their Instagram comments. “I LOVE the yogurt and I just found the bars today. Definitely a fan,” wrote @finding_katie_d in a reply to a post from Ratio.

While a first for General Mills, these are not the only keto snacks on the market. You can find keto foods from brands known for low-carb snacks like Atkins and SlimFast, other brands have also branched into the keto arena.

When it comes to breakfast, you can now buy keto-friendly cereal with only one gram of carbs and granola or pancake mix on Amazon from the brand So Nourished. When it’s time for a snack, check out this zero-sugar beef jerky or these cheese crisps by Whisps, which are available nationwide and come in multiple flavors including barbecue and ranch.

For dessert-lovers, you can try keto-friendly cake cups from Duncan Hines and ice cream from brands like Halo Top and Mammoth Creameries, which has four flavors of keto custard sold nationwide at Whole Foods and other stores.

Of course, you can also make your own keto-friendly meals, snacks and desserts. From sandwiches to chicken nuggets and even pumpkin cheesecake, there are plenty of recipes to try while sticking to your diet.
