It’s hard to believe it’s been 30 years since “Home Alone” hit theaters and became an instant holiday classic. The story of young Kevin McCallister (played by Macaulay Culkin) defending his family’s house from thieves after being accidentally left at home when his family took off for a Christmas trip to France is full of hilarious and heartwarming moments.

The McCallister home in which Kevin was left alone has developed its own little fandom as well. Nostalgic travelers can even reserve a stay at an Airbnb replica of Kevin’s house in Texas.

And now, there’s another replica of the famous house from the 1990 film — though this one is very small-scale and crafted from gingerbread and frosting!

Streaming network Disney+ UK, which is airing “Home Alone” this season, invited renowned cake designer Michelle Wibowo to recreate the McCallister house from the movie. On Dec. 7, the Disney+ UK Twitter account posted a video showing Wibowo’s work on the house and the incredible final product.

The house measures nearly 5.6 feet long by 4.1 feet wide. Putting together the scene took Wibowo about 300 hours because she wanted to make sure little details from the movie were included in the epic gingerbread creation.

“If you look closely at the house, I’ve included lots of details, like the two robbers, Marv and Harry, Kevin’s treehouse and the tire swing, as well,” Wibowo said in the behind-the-scenes video shared by Disney+ UK.

The specifics from the movie are truly the most delightful aspects of this work of holiday food art. Check out the little replica of Kevin crashing on his sled outside after sliding down his stairs, the Little Nero Pizza delivery truck out front and the 14 pizza boxes scattered around the house.

Plus, of course, the movie’s all-important paint cans are placed strategically around the scene.

Watch the video and see how many of them you can find around the incredible “Home Alone” gingerbread house.
