ENGLEWOOD, Colo. -- The first thing people think about when I mention hard rock pop duo Sleigh Bells is Christmas carols in December.

The Brooklyn-based duo's music is far from that, however. Lead singer Alexis Krauss and guitarist Derek Miller have been around for a while now, and their fourth album "Jessica Rabbit," which was released back in November does not disappoint.

But Sleigh Bells definitely turned up the volume for a extremely action packed set at the Gothic Theater Friday, opening off the show with "Unlimited Dark Paths," and also showcasing some of their classics such as "Treats," "Kids," "Infinity Guitars," and "Crown on the Ground."
