Did you make a resolution to be healthier and more active this year? If so, Chris Hemsworth is here to help you do just that.

The star of Marvel’s Thor movies is offering a free trial on his workout website, Centr. Centr is a personalized digital health and fitness program with programs and experts curated by Hemsworth himself, and since its launch, the app has received glowing reviews from users.

You can start a six-week trial on Centr for free through Jan. 7. The offer says it includes a range of workouts from 20-40 minutes that use “zero to minimal equipment,” so you don’t have to have a home gym packed with weights to participate. You can also do workouts at a gym, if yours is open.

Centr tweeted the offer with a video clip that gives you an idea of what some of the workouts look like:

As long as you cancel before the six-week trial ends, you won’t be charged. But if you decide to start a subscription for a year, it’s only $10 a month, or $20 for a 3-month package or $29.99 for a one-month package.

Centr has more than just workouts. The site (and subscription) includes a section on healthy meal plans as well as mindfulness, from guided meditations to sleep visualizations and advice from Centr’s experts on motivation.

Hemsworth is passionate about Centr and the healthy lifestyle elements he curates on the website.

“I wanted to create something that embodied the three main elements of healthy living — the movement, the nutrition and the mindfulness — and present it in a way that’s entertaining, functional, and also accessible,” he told Men’s Health.

You can watch Hemsworth explain the free trial below (as he works out with a bunch of equipment most people don’t have at home):

The workout sessions on Centr can be modified to fit your schedule and personal fitness needs. But you don’t have to spend hours on the app to see results.

“You can get a good workout in 20 minutes. You really don’t need to work out for hours on end, and at the same time, you’d be surprised how good you feel after getting a good sweat on, even if it is just 20 minutes worth,” Hemsworth’s personal trainer, Luke Zocchi, told Man of Many.

Hemsworth agrees, saying that almost everyone can find at least 20 minutes to devote to their physical fitness. The father of three points out that most of us find time to be on our phones for more than 20 minutes a day, so we can’t say we don’t have the time.

“Well, calculate how many minutes of the day you spend scrolling on your phone at useless feeds,” he told Men’s Health. “Hours, right? So you can’t find 20 minutes a day? If you can’t find that 20 minutes, you have no one to blame but yourself.”
