The wizarding world of Hogwarts is coming to Build-A-Bear Workshops thanks to a magical new partnership with Warner Bros. Consumer Products.
Build-A-Bear will launch a new “Harry Potter” product line exclusively online starting on Sept. 2. At 9:30 a.m. Central Time, customers can visit the official website to enter a pre-waiting room to receive a spot in line for the 10 a.m. sale.
Later in the fall, the Harry Potter collection will become available in Build-A-Bear workshops, according to the company’s official press release.
The magical new collection includes a special Harry Potter bear, Hogwarts uniforms and robes for each of the houses — plus bear-sized plush wands.
The “Harry Potter”-inspired bear is decked out with the Hogwarts crest and the official Harry Potter logo on its golden paws.
But it’s the costumes that will transform this cuddly teddy bear into something magical. You can dress up your bear to represent your favorite Hogwarts house.
For each of the four houses, there’s a uniform (we love the sweater, collared shirt and tie!), outer robe and a scarf sporting the house colors. Of course, there’s also a black or brown wand that attaches to the bear’s paw, because what’s a wizard bear without a wand?
