DENVER (AP) — A Colorado woman and an Israeli man are charged with laundering millions of dollars that U.S. prosecutors say came from a high-end prostitution operation.
Prosecutors in New York say Tracy Reynolds of Alamosa, Colorado, was arrested Tuesday trying to board a flight to Mexico at a Florida airport. Izhak Cohen is awaiting extradition proceedings from Israel.
Prosecutors say more than $10 million from their prostitution business flowed through accounts controlled by Reynolds since 2012. A number listed for Reynolds was disconnected, and it is not clear whether she has an attorney.
