LITTLETON, Colo. — South Metro Fire Rescue responded to a garage fire in Littleton early Wednesday.
Nobody was injured in the fire, though one cat was rescued and paramedics performed CPR on it, the fire department said. The cat was then reunited with her owners.
The fire started in a residential garage along the 500 block of W. Davies Way shortly before 5 a.m. By the time firefighters were able to put the fire out, they discovered most of the damage was contained to the garage and exterior of the home.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
