ADAMS COUNTY, Colo. -- Smoke from a controlled burn in Brighton could be seen for miles on Thursday morning.
Denver7 viewers sent us pictures from Brighton, Denver International Airport and even Lafayette.
"No wind today, smoke billowing and drawing attention," Adams County Government tweeted.
The fire is at Interstate 76 and County Road 2.
The Brighton Fire Department told Denver7 and tweeted that crews are burning cattails.
