DENVER – The victim of a two-car crash in southwest Denver died after sustaining a gunshot wound, an official with the Denver Police Department said Saturday.
Police officers were investigating the crash in the area of West Kentucky Avenue and South Hazel Court at around 2:30 p.m.
The victim was declared deceased at approximately 4 p.m., and officers said they were conducting a death investigation.
West Kentucky Avenue was shot down for three blocks west of Federal Boulevard.
