When you think you've had a rough week, consider what Kaitlyn Morgan is going through right now.

The Lone Tree resident is running 30 miles a day, all week long.

"I'm running for Multiple Sclerosis," said Morgan. "This is going to be my fourth day of running 30 miles."

Denver7 met up with Morgan as she started he run from Silverthorne to Georgetown, over Loveland Pass.

"People who run are going to say you're crazy. People who aren't runners are going to say…" said Denver7 reporter Marshall Zelinger.

"I'm even more crazy," said Morgan. "I've gotten that a lot this week."

She's running for a cause close to her heart.

"I found this organization, 'MS run the U.S.' and we're a group of runners who run across the country for Multiple Sclerosis," said Morgan. "It's so important to me because MS needs a cure. My dad has MS and it's so hard to see what MS has done to people who live with it and to see it affect him so much."

But what's the best part of the whole journey?

"The best part of it? The best part, being able to know that my body can do it," said Morgan. "If you run a marathon, you have pretty much any time that you can quit. People with MS, they can't quit their marathon…they can't walk off the sideline and say, 'that's it, I'm done.'"

Morgan is expected to be in Denver on Sunday.
