A 22-year-old man is being accused in multiple cases of sexual assault.
The Evans Police Department said it started investigating Zachary Myers in March.
"In the course of this investigation Evans Police Department Detectives have identified and interviewed other sexual assault victims in the Front Range area," police said in a news release sent to Denver7.
Police said, "Detectives discovered Myers has allegedly exploited multiple young females from across the country via various chat rooms, social media sites, and smart phone apps."
Myers is in custody. Police said he's been charged in several jurisdictions including Weld County and Denver County.
Denver7 obtained some of Myers court records. It says he's been charged in Jefferson County with kidnapping, sex assault, sexual exploitation of a child, sex assault of a child, enticement of a child, assault and false imprisonment.
In Weld County, he's charged with sexual assault on a child, false imprisonment, assault and internet sex exploitation of a child.
In Denver, he's charged with sex assault.
Investigators said they believe there are more victims who have not come forward. They're asking anyone with information about Myers to contact Detective Frazier of the Evans Police Department (970) 339-2441.
Police are also asking parents to, "talk to your kids about the social media sites, chat rooms, phone apps, and websites that they are a part of or utilizing. If unchecked, predators have unfettered access to our children. If anything is suspicious please contact your local authorities."
